Waukesha County WI recount is not verifying "Blank Ballot" votes for president.
When a "Blank Ballot" message comes on the screen, the tabulator person is hitting the "Accept Blank Ballot" button without 1st hitting the "Remove" button and checking the ballot.
It seems about one in 50 ballots is generating this procedure.
ps - Under voting in the USA has always been a contentious issue.

Well marked. Very nice greeter, however we were told to sort of back off and not go behind tables etc. We were also told not to talk to them at all and had to sign in with your name address and party as well as wearing a name tag. They did allow photos. The setup was somewhat hard to manuver with a group of people following people to each table. — Heard that one absentee vote from a small township's envelope's name didn't match the name for the ballot.
I was sick but was lucky there was a reporter live feeding most of the recount in my county. I was able to observe from home via live stream on YouTube. I am very concerned as I witnessed a lady enter the room at lunch break with some material she didn't leave with. She was alone in the room by herself digging in papers and what looks to be filling something out. You can see her pick up a ballot as well and more scuffling.Read more
There continued to be no problems or issues with the recounters. Issues that arose during the recount were resolved quickly and honestly.
I attended the recount from 2 pm to 5:30 pm today, December 2, 2016. I was in Room 357 observing the recount for Town/City of Verona, Wards 1 - 5. Here are my observations and comments regarding what I observed both before entering the room and while watching the recount process:Read more
Hand Count progressed smoothly.
No Objections made.
I observed the Sauk County recount in Baraboo from 9 am to about 3:30 pm. There were other observers there also, so you will probably get additional reports. They will continue to count until 7 pm.
The county workers doing the recount were very organized and thorough in their work. There were a few write-in and undervote ballot issues, which were resolved by the canvassers.
I was present for recounts of the following towns: Ironton, LaValle, Merrimack, Prairie du Sac, Reedsburg, Spring Green, Sumpter and Troy. Out of all the votes, Trump gained 1 and Clinton gained 2. Some write-in candidate vote totals also changed.
The clerks and tabulators were amazingly organized, polite and professional. Everything was sorted, marked, and counted twice per pile (without telling the second counter what number the first counter came to). In the first 5 wards of Waunakee, only three absentee or provisional ballots were rejected. One was a provisional ballot where the person had not brought proper id to the polls. The lady never returned. Another rejected ballot was an absentee ballot with no witness address. The final rejected ballot was from someone who was not a registered voter and hadn’t filled out a provisional ballot. I did not see who these votes would have been for.Read more
