Tom, Racine County

The City of Burlington Wards 1-4 and 5-8 ballots were scanned today. I am providing photos of the totals and one of the scanner tapes.
One of the Stein Observers was told by (Clerk or Tabulator or Board of Canvass member)? that the polbooks for these two sets of voters were reconciled overnight(?).
It is my opinion that the City of Burlington polling process be thoroughly reviewed, and the poll workers be properly re-trained. Counts that are
90 -100 votes off from the poll books and voter information materials that are separated from each other are confusing and lead to disenfranchised voters and votes.
Also, City of Racine Ward 30 ballot scanning was interrupted by the failure of the scanning machine. The cartridge was transferred to another scanner, counters verified, and the scanning continued.
I am sending photos of the City of Burlington and
City of Racine Wards 28, 29, 30, 31, and 33 vote totals
