Cast your ballot in our Ranked-Choice Voting poll!

If you’re reading this, then you’re probably one of the millions of people who agree that our electoral system is broken. We are being forced into a corporate duopoly, which shames us into voting for the lesser evil, rather than voting for our hopes and values.

But we have a solution: it’s called Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV). RCV allows you -- the voter -- to rank candidates in order of preference, therefore empowering you to fully express your opinion.

Want to see how it works? Watch the video below, then vote in our poll and share it with friends! We’ll use Ranked-Choice Voting to determine the winner.

Ranked-Choice Voting in 4 Easy Steps:

1. Voters rank candidates in their order of preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on). If a candidate has more than 50% of the first choice votes, s/he wins.

2. If no candidate gets a majority of the #1 votes, then the candidate with the fewest first choices is eliminated.

3. The voters who selected the eliminated candidate as their first choice will then have their votes added to the totals of their second choice.

4. This process continues until a candidate has more than half of the votes or only two candidates remain.
